Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Bookings are possible up to 3 days before the course start date, subject to availability. A course place is only considered confirmed after full payment of the course fee. 2. Cancellation Free cancellation is possible up to 7 calendar days before the course start date. For cancellations less than 7 calendar days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be retained. Cancellations are not possible after the course start date. No refunds are possible, even in the event of a no-show. 3. Rebooking Rebooking to another course is only possible in exceptional cases and after individual consultation. There is no right to an alternative date. 4. Technical Requirements Participants need the following to participate in the course: An internet-enabled device with a camera and microphone (e.g., laptop or tablet) A stable internet connection A valid email address Technical functionality is the responsibility of the participants. In the event of technical problems on the customer's side, there is no right to a replacement or refund. 5. Access Data The access data for the online course (e.g., Zoom link) will be sent by email at least 24 hours before the course begins. 6. Missed Appointments Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded. A certificate of participation will only be issued if at least 80% attendance is achieved. 7. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of Global Academy "c-Wise" UG (limited liability).
