Our students and teachers face significant challenges . Many children and young people struggle with anxiety, shame, and the feeling of being left alone with their problems.
But what if we could create a space for them where they feel understood, taken seriously and supported?
This is precisely the goal of our innovative projects.
A place without fear and accusations
Our programs, developed in close collaboration with experienced child psychologists, are based on compassion, love, and understanding. Here, students can share their worries without fear or shame, find new paths, and develop inner strength – nationwide, anonymously, and digitally.
Teachers receive tools and methods to better understand their students and guide them along this journey. Together, we create an environment that fosters healing, connection, and growth.

Teachers are the heart of our education system. They inspire, motivate, and shape the next generation—a task that is both challenging and meaningful.
Lateral-entry teachers, in particular, face enormous hurdles: They often begin their careers without comprehensive pedagogical training and must adapt to a demanding, diverse role in a very short space of time. This is where our projects come in, and your support can make a difference.
Our goal:
We want to empower and support teachers transitioning into the profession from the very beginning. With affordable, and in many cases even free, coaching, we offer them the support they need to feel confident and competent in their new profession. Because a well-prepared teacher not only means better learning for students, but also less stress, greater satisfaction, and long-term commitment to the profession.
What we do:

Coaching services: Individual coaching sessions tailored to the specific challenges of lateral entrants. Our coaches support teachers, strengthen their resilience, and help them develop solutions for their everyday lives.

Professional development courses: We have developed innovative courses that empower teachers not only professionally but also personally. They receive didactic, methodological, and psychological tools to act confidently and successfully in the classroom.

Support during the critical initial phase: Our services make a decisive difference, especially during the first years of teaching. We support teachers in finding their role, overcoming challenges, and exerting a positive influence on their students.
