Skilled workers are the key to the future – and that was precisely what the 6th Skilled Workers Forum on September 10, 2025, at the Gesellschaftshaus Magdeburg was all about. Under the motto "Finding Skilled Workers, Retaining Skilled Workers – Where Do We Stand?", participants experienced inspiring ideas, exciting discussions, and practical solutions to the biggest challenges in the labor market. We from the Global Academy "c-Wise" were there with our own booth – and were delighted by the personal encounters.
