At the Global Academy, children, young people, and teachers are our focus. Our projects address where it matters most: strengthening self-esteem, fostering values such as caring, kindness, and empathy—and relieving teachers' workload so they can remain healthy and motivated in their careers in the long term.
We develop innovative programs for value and identity development that guide children and young people on their journey to becoming self-confident individuals. At the same time, we support teachers with coaching, workshops, and practical assistance in everyday school life.
To make these projects a reality, we need you.
Our ideas are ready to make an impact – but to implement them, we depend on people who want to invest their time, knowledge, or resources in social change.
Who we are looking for
You can get involved with us if, for example:

Psychology student or graduate in the field of child and adolescent psychology – e.g. for an internship with real added value
